Summer PFS

We are now well into our Summer term of PFS and already the young people attending have done a stadium tour and made a radio advert, learn’t a abit about cricket and the equipment the cricketers wear, some have interviewed a player and some have played cricket on the X-box.

Sunnyside Primary School have now completed four weeks of Playing for Success with the Steelbacks. They have done;
Player interviews and creating a poster
Practiced their circus skills
Name Badges and Tower building
Club shop maths
Designing a stadium.

Cricket equipment

They have most enjoyed interviewing the player, Ryan Cummins, because he was funny and famous.

Taylor said, “Ryan is interesting. I really liked him because he was a good juggler and he was fun to play with.”

Samantha says that she has learnt how to use the computers.

Oliver is most looking forward to his cricket playing session, which he will get as a reward for good attendance.

Clarice is very excited about the X-box 360 challenge, which the students will complete towards the end of term.
